Queue manager creation and MQseries objects creation (Either manual or script) 2. MQ and Messaging layer management (Architecture knowledge would be preferable) 3. Binding messaging layer with applications, via application server (Can be anything like websphere or weblogic) 4. Troubleshooting WMQ issues and problem determination, 5. MQ installation and configuration (Preferably on UNIX flavors) 6. Monitoring of MQseries objects (either script, manual or any specific monitoring tool) 7. Knowledge of distribute queueing and clustering. (Very Important) 8. Conceptual knowledge of triggering (Not many companies implement this. this is of low priority) 9. Shell scripting or any other scripting. 10. Knowledge of any configuration tool (e.g mqsmon, appwatch or rfhutilC).But this is of low priority. 11. Communication topology designing. 12. SSL implementation 13.
