The Senior Security Specialist will be responsible for information systems security and related initiatives at the CAP. This exciting position will be viewed as a subject matter expert for all things security-related, and will help lead the CAP into a new security model and security infrastructure based on the latest technology. The primary responsibilities of the senior security specialist will be to oversee and participate directly in security-related technology implementations and associated configurations, working with various team members to execute day-to-day security processes, procedures, and communications, and to serve as a key resource to other team members in the context of information systems security and best practices.

In order to be considered for this role, a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a minimum of 5-7 years of equivalent experience is required, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in information services and applications security with a proven track record of successful implementations and enhancements. The candidate will also need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, and possess strong project, planning, and support skills. Knowledge of Oracle’s Identity and Access Management Suite of products is a plus and strongly desired.
